We go live only when you tell us to. From that moment the work is settled and there's nothing to refund.
That's it. We don't get to decide when the work is finished — you do, by telling us. And your money stays returnable until the day you say go live.

Launch is the line. Once you tell us to put the site live, the work is settled and no money comes back. That's why nothing goes live until you've seen the site and said you're happy with it.
When you get the money
We refund to the card you paid with, and we email you the same day we issue it. Banks usually take a few business days after that.
How to ask for it
Email hello@owcomedia.com with the word refund in it. If your site isn't live yet, that's all it takes — every dollar you've paid comes back, and you don't have to explain yourself.
Why we do it this way
Because paying a deposit shouldn't feel like a gamble. You're paying us to start work, not to sign up for something you can't get out of — so the risk sits with us, where it belongs, until the site is something you've agreed to put your name on.
There's no tally, no three-strikes counter, no argument to win. One line: your money is returnable until launch, and launch happens when you say so. Same rule whether you're reading this on a phone at your counter or at your kitchen table.
